Yonatan was born and raised in Jerusalem. He completed his B.Sc. double major in Chemistry and Life Sciences at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2021. His Current research is focused on establishing an automated strategy for the synthesis of a library of carrageenans. His hobbies include woodworking and origami.
