Curriculum Vitae

I am a senior lecturer and graduate advisor at the Hebrew University English Department and second VP of the Joseph Conrad Society of America. My book, Tracing the Aesthetic Principle in Conrad´s Novels was published in 2008 by Palgrave Macmillan; Joseph Conrad: Slow Modernism, my second monograph on the author, is forthcoming (Oxford UP, 2020). Articles on modernism, postmodernism, narratology, the subject and disability have appeared in journals and volumes including The Conradian, Conradiana, Partial Answers, Twentieth-Century Literature, Journal of Modern Literature and Journal of Beckett Studies
