Daniel Agranovich
Daniel Agranovich, 34, was born in the Soviet Union (Russia) and immigrated to Israel in 1992. He is currently a Ph. D student in the Applied Physics department at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He graduated from Hartman high school (Jerusalem), majoring Physics. During his IDF service Daniel served in Golani infantry unit as a combat soldier. He completed B. Sc degrees on Physics and Life Sciences and M. Sc degree in Medical Sciences. In 2011 Daniel joined Prof. Yuri Feldman’s group. His research focuses on developing a method for non-invasive evaluation of bovine milk quality and investigating the molecular structure and dynamics of bovine milk. In particular, he is interested in deepening the understanding of the role of water in complex biological materials.
