Roy  Zektzer

Roy Zektzer, 32, is currently studying at the Hebrew university of Jerusalem towards a Ph.D in applied physics. Roy was born in Kfar-Saba. He studied in Cazanelson high school (2000-2003) where he took major interest in physics and music. After high school Roy served in the publishing unit of the Israeli College for Security and Investigations (2003-2006). Following his military service, Roy did his B.Sc. in computer engineering and applied physics at the Hebrew university (2008-2011). In 2013 Roy has joined the group of professor Uriel Levy and did his M.Sc. degree on the subject of CMOS compatible plasmonic waveguides. In 2015 Roy started his Ph.D. studies in Integration of nanophotonic structures with atoms and molecules.
