Prof. Roni Y. Granot, is a senior lecturer at the Musicology Departmentt at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel. Her work focuses on theoretical and empirical aspects of the relationship between music theory and music cognition; cultural aspects of consonance and dissonance perception; music and emotions; cross-modal perception and extra musical meaning; genetic aspects of musical memory and music and the "predictive brain".
