Lipidator Toolkit

The toolkit consists of implementations of real-space and Fourier space methods to compute membrane elastic properties. In addition, membrane shapes can be extracted for dynamic systems. The directory contains lipid director definitions and an instruction manual. We are constantly adding new features. Currently the methods provided are ReSIS, Director Fluctuation and Height Fluctuation methods.
