Amit Vinograd Speaks on Olfactary System.

 On Sunday, December 27, 2015, the JBC held its first evening of Brain & Beer. Over 75 Hebrew University students and faculty, as well as, old and new friends, met at the Hataklit Bar in Jerusalem. They had the chance to meet, chat and learn about exciting updates in the field of brain research.

Speakers: 

  • Prof. Ehud Zohary told about his experiences with blind children from Ethiopia, being given the chance to see for the first time in their lives, after cataract surgery.
  • Eitan Schectman spoke about the effects of electricity on movement and feelings.
  • Amit Vinograd discussed the sense of smell.
